STEPS OF A THOROUGH CARPET CLEANING
2️⃣ Rinsing (cleaning)
Specially designed machines take on the cleaning process, carefully brushing the carpet. The brushes work deep into the fibers to loosen all types of dirt, after which the carpet is thoroughly rinsed to remove all impurities.
1️⃣ Beating / Vacuuming
Before starting a carpet (deep) cleaning, it is extremely important to loosen and remove all sand, crumbs, and other fine debris.
3️⃣ Drying Room
To prevent internal mold, the carpet is intensively dried in the spinner, which functions similarly to a tumble dryer.
Afterwards, the carpet is hung in the drying chamber until it is 100% moisture-free.
4️⃣ Inspection & Delivery
After the final inspection, the carpet is neatly rolled up, packaged, and delivered back to your home. The carpet has a neutral, fresh scent.

CARPET CLEANING
No, we can remove up to 90% of all stains. However, please note that several factors play a role, such as exposure to UV light, the time elapsed, and any previous cleaning attempts. What we always promise: we do our utmost to achieve the best possible result.
Stains that are more difficult to remove:
- Pet urine on (wool) carpets
- Smeared feces
- Coffee stains
- Red wine stains
- General traffic dirt that has been present for many years
- Pigment discoloration caused by UV light (e.g., a carpet exposed to sunlight with a sofa on it)
In the end, no dirt will remain, only discoloration of the fabric.
A carpet is used in such a way that impregnation rarely, if ever, prevents accidents. However, there is a risk that the impregnation will actually attract dirt more quickly due to friction from, for example, footwear and the fabric.
It’s understandable that you tried cleaning your sofa yourself — after all, if you want something done right, do it yourself, right? In many cases, however, the rented machines are faulty, resulting in poor suction or excessive water left behind. Several days of drying and a musty smell are among the most common problems after DIY sofa cleaning. In most cases, we can professionally remove all contamination during a deep cleaning.
NOTE: any damage caused cannot be repaired through cleaning.
These delicate fabrics cannot withstand moist cleaning because the fibers are very sensitive. When exposed to water, they may discolor or lose their structure. In addition, there is a risk of staining, color variation, or permanent damage. That’s why they are carefully hand-cleaned in our workshop — a much more intensive process.
