No, we can remove up to 99% of all stains. However, please note that several factors play a role, such as exposure to UV light, the time elapsed, and any previous cleaning attempts. What we always promise: we do our utmost to achieve the best possible result.

Stains that are more difficult to remove 

• Dreft / HG stain remover... (or other DIY products)
• Grease stains, such as olive oil
• Blood stains
• Coffee stains
• Red wine stains 
• General wear or dirt buildup that has been present for many years  
• Pigment discoloration caused by UV light (e.g., a sofa exposed to sunlight)

In the end, no dirt will remain, only discoloration of the fabric.. 

For proper adhesion, the chair must be completely dry. Impregnating during or immediately after cleaning can lead to poor results, mold formation, or stiff fabric. That’s why we don’t offer immediate impregnation, but instead sell a separate impregnation product so you can apply it yourself at the right time.

For example, you also wouldn’t impregnate a raincoat or shoes while they are (slightly) damp.

Understandable that you tried to clean your chairs yourself. What you do yourself, you do better, right? In many cases, the rented machines are defective, resulting in poor suction or too much water left behind. Drying for days and smelling musty are among the most common problems after self-cleaning. Our team can often still remedy the damage with a professional extraction cleaning and probiotic aftercare. 

NOTE: damage caused cannot be removed by a cleaning. 

These delicate fabrics cannot withstand moist cleaning because the fibers are very sensitive. When exposed to water, they may shrink, deform, or lose their structure. There is also a risk of staining, color variation, or permanent damage. That’s why we only clean these materials using a dry or specialized method, ensuring the fabric remains safe and beautiful.

In most cases, it takes 3–6 hours before the chair is ready for use. Some fabrics, including alcantara, velvet, and other thick materials, may require more time to dry.
